Motivational Monday

Today is dubbed Blue Monday (due to a combination of the weather, time since Christmas holidays and lack of motivation), so the gloominess of your average monday is labeled something slightly more gloomy.. that being said, it's just one of those times where you need to make sure to put a bit of extra pep in your step x
